Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you alteration service also.
To be eligible for a alteration service, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
We do not refund for any of our collections, we only offer alterations service to our collections for free of cost.
Sale items
Regular or Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not exchange the dresses we can only help you with alterations.
Shipping returns
We do not entertain any return related to Shipping.
